2 quartos casa de 37m² em Curitiba

I'm renting out one bedroom in an apartment in downtown Curitiba, on the same street as Mueller Mall. I'm looking for women or LGBTQ+ people only. The apartment is 77 m² (829 sq ft), has a balcony, two bathrooms (only one has a shower), and even though I took the photos at night, it gets plenty of natural sunlight during the day. I moved in just a few months ago, so I still have lots of ideas to make the place even cozier. The monthly cost is around R$1,200–1,300, including all utilities. The apartment is fully furnished, except for the bedroom. The room is approximately 2.80 × 2.90 m (about 8.1 m²), so you'll be able to furnish it however you'd like. At the moment I live alone, so I'm not accepting men or couples. The apartment would be shared by just two people, including me. Unfortunately, the landlord doesn't allow pets, and I also don't accept cigarette smokers. No momento moro sozinha por isso não aceito homens, nem casais, seria para dividir somente em 2 pessoas contando comigo, o proprietário do imóvel infelizmente proibe pets.
